Aysin Bayrak

Aysin Bayrak is a dynamic Project Executive with a robust background in the EPC industry for over two-decades.

Her extensive experience spans challenging work environments across the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa and She has an in-depth knowledge of the full cycle of business and project development, demonstrating proficiency in prequalification, tender preparation, project planning and control, engineering and procurement, construction management, project and contract management.

Known for her resilience and solution-oriented approach, Aysin is a skilled team builder with a solid understanding of customer needs. Her strengths lie in effective communication at all levels across diverse cultures. She possesses exceptional organizational and managerial skills, coupled with technical expertise and a deep understanding of program monitoring and control systems.

Able to take on a variety of roles and responsibilities, Aysin has consistently delivered high-quality projects to companies that include to the success of companies such as SIEMENS, Symbion Power, STFA Construction Group, Mitas Energy and Quantum Global Solutions. Her extensive knowledge is complemented by a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Dilek Koca Gürsu has left an indelible mark on major projects worldwide.

With a distinguished career spanning 38 years, Darrell Boyd brings a wealth of experience and expertise in steering and expanding businesses on a global scale, with a footprint across 13 countries and 4 continents. His proficiencies encompass a spectrum of strategic domains, including leadership, commercial strategy formulation, contract management, governance, compliance, risk mitigation, legal affairs, procurement, stakeholder engagement, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations, and adept business planning.

Noteworthy milestones in his professional journey include his tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of the Tulu Moye Geothermal Power Plant in Ethiopia, overseeing a £0.5 billion project portfolio across the energy, health, and construction sectors. His responsibilities have extended to pivotal roles such as Chief Operating Officer for Symbion Power in the USA, Iraq, and Afghanistan, as well as the Chief Operating Officer for Fulcrum Infrastructure Group in the United Kingdom.

His educational foundation includes distinguished City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Installation & Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and Computer Science, complemented by advanced studies in Contract Law.

With a robust background in commercial ventures, Belamir Kose brings extensive experience in project management, overseeing endeavors from inception to completion with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Specializing in the design and coordination of administrative buildings and offices, Belamir optimizes functionality and aesthetics to meet the unique needs of each project. She plays a pivotal role in preparing crucial documents such as tender documents and Bills of Quantities (BOQ), streamlining procurement processes for efficiency.

Her expertise extends beyond architectural design to encompass quantity surveying, construction supervision, cost estimation, procurement management, 3D visualization, and interior design across various sectors including office, residential, hospitality, and retail.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Belamir is committed to sharing her knowledge and expertise. As a part-time instructor at Atilim University in Turkey, she fosters a culture of innovation and technical excellence among architectural students.

Metin's construction management expertise extends to prominent positions at Mitas Energy, SA-RA Energy Inc., USLUEL Energy Inc., and more, covering diverse projects worldwide.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Anadolu University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering from Gazi University, Metin Ceylan brings over three decades of experience and a distinguished leadership approach to the construction industry.

Anil's refined expertise in Project and Contract Management is evident through his successful leadership in executing numerous projects. His early roles in construction supervision and quantity surveying further enriched his understanding of practical project management aspects.
