Aysin Bayrak
Aysin Bayrak is a dynamic Project Executive with a robust background in the EPC industry for over two-decades.
Her extensive experience spans challenging work environments across the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa and She has an in-depth knowledge of the full cycle of business and project development, demonstrating proficiency in prequalification, tender preparation, project planning and control, engineering and procurement, construction management, project and contract management.
Known for her resilience and solution-oriented approach, Aysin is a skilled team builder with a solid understanding of customer needs. Her strengths lie in effective communication at all levels across diverse cultures. She possesses exceptional organizational and managerial skills, coupled with technical expertise and a deep understanding of program monitoring and control systems.
Able to take on a variety of roles and responsibilities, Aysin has consistently delivered high-quality projects to companies that include to the success of companies such as SIEMENS, Symbion Power, STFA Construction Group, Mitas Energy and Quantum Global Solutions. Her extensive knowledge is complemented by a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

His proficiencies encompass a spectrum of strategic domains, including leadership, commercial strategy formulation, contract management, governance, compliance, risk mitigation, legal affairs, procurement, stakeholder engagement, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations, and adept business planning.
Noteworthy milestones in his professional journey include his tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of the Tulu Moye Geothermal Power Plant in Ethiopia, overseeing a £0.5 billion project portfolio across the energy, health, and construction sectors. His responsibilities have extended to pivotal roles such as Chief Operating Officer for Symbion Power in the USA, Iraq, and Afghanistan, as well as the Chief Operating Officer for Fulcrum Infrastructure Group in the United Kingdom.
His educational foundation includes distinguished City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Installation & Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and Computer Science, complemented by advanced studies in Contract Law.
